统一性控制——让四个角度识别为同一个人的核心技术

常见问题

用AI做四视图,正面图很满意但侧面图脸完全不像怎么办?

加定位词控制每格的人物大小:"each figure is exactly the same height, occupying approximately eighty percent of their individual frame height, the feet of all figures rest on the same horizontal ground line, the head of each figure reaches the same height"。再加一个全局定位:"the four views are evenly spaced in a 1x4 horizontal grid, each view is separated by a thin white gap line, the entire composition is symmetrical and balanced"。如果AI还是不听话——老老实实分开生成再拼接。四格一次性生成是省事,但一致性换稳定性——大部分时候不划算。

四视图里的姿势必须是A-pose吗?T-pose呢?

A-pose(手臂自然下垂微张约15°)是目前游戏工业标准——T-pose(手臂水平展开)已经逐渐被弃用,因为T-pose下肩部肌肉拉伸不自然,建模师拿到的参考本身就失真。Prompt:"A-pose with arms relaxed and slightly away from the body at approximately fifteen degrees, palms facing forward, fingers relaxed and naturally curled, not T-pose"。如果项目组明确要求T-pose再用T-pose——否则默认A-pose。

做完那个项目的四视图之后,建模师回了一句让我印象很深的话:"你这四张图的角度公差比外包团队第一次交付的手绘稿还要小。"AI在角色一致性这件事上不是半吊子——是只要你把"角色DNA"写得足够精确,它就能复现得足够稳定。四视图的终极心法就一句:别让AI去"猜"那个角色长什么样——把每一个角度的每一条轮廓线,都用文字砌出来。
